Can caregivers attend visits?
Yes. Caregivers are encouraged to participate in visits, especially when assisting with coordination of care, medical history, or decision-making.
What conditions can be treated under urgent care?
Urgent care visits may include evaluation and treatment for cold, flu, and respiratory symptoms, urinary tract symptoms, minor infections, rashes or skin concerns, nausea, vomiting, or mild abdominal discomfort, medication concerns or side effects, and minor injuries or pain concerns. If a condition requires emergency care, guidance will be provided to ensure the appropriate level of care is accessed.
How do I request a prescription refill?
All prescription refills require an appointment with one of our providers to ensure safe and appropriate care.
Do you accept insurance for virtual visits?
Yes. With our virtual care option, we accept most major insurance plans. Many visits are available with a $0 copay, depending on your plan. We handle insurance billing directly on your behalf.

What happens after I schedule a visit?
After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email/Text. A clinical coordinator will also contact you to confirm details and provide instructions for your visit.
What if I do not have insurance?
No insurance is not a problem. We offer affordable self-pay option: $75 for video visits. For Urgent Care Services Only.
Do I need an appointment to be seen?
Yes. All visits require an appointment. To schedule, register for an Integrated Care account and complete the standard intake questionnaire. Your request is reviewed promptly, and our team will contact you to confirm your appointment. We do offer SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
What is the out-of-pocket cost for an urgent care visit?
Out-of-pocket costs depend on your insurance plan. If you do not have insurance, please see the self-pay options below.
How do I update or edit my personal information?
For security reasons, personal information cannot be updated online. To make changes, please contact our clinic directly at 808-738-7671 or email team@integrated-care.org.
Do I need a separate account for my child or dependent?
Yes. Each child or dependent requires their own profile under the caregiver’s account. Our team can assist you with setting this up during registration or by contacting our clinic directly.
